Process

  1. Payment will be through Paypal or Venmo

  2. Request order via email or fill out the google forms link above. I will use gmail to communicate with you.

  3. If I accept your commission, feel free to ask any other details you have.

  4. After agreement, I will send you 3 concept sketches for you to pick which one looks best.

  5. Make payment in full after approving the concept sketch you’ve chosen.

  6. After acceptance and payment, I will work on the final sketch.

  7. I will send the final sketch to you for approval before I start working on the cleanup, line art, coloring, details, etc.

  8. I will update you with work in progress (WIP) pictures of the commission

Digital Copy


I will send your final drawing through gmail in whatever format you like (JPEG, PNG, or PSD)

Physical Copy


I will send your final printed drawing sealed in a mailer directly to you

​

*Final piece will be in 300 DPI, RGB color with no watermark*

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • All drawings will include a small subtle signature that you MAY NOT remove.

  • I might post the drawing on social media for others to see. If you have a social media account, I will credit you as the one who requested the commission if you like. If you wish to not be credited, notify me through email.

​

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

  • I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

​

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

​

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books.

​

You (the Customer/Commissioner)

​

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on your social media or website with credit to the artist.

​

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (Reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, make prints, etc.)

​

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

​

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)

​

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

​

​

The following is considered copyright infringement:

 

  • Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially- making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms

​

  • Claiming the artwork is your own

​

  • Altering the artwork without any consent​

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I’ve started working on the commission.

​

  • After the commission is finished and sent to you, there is no refund.

​

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

​

  • If you cancel your order before I start on it, you can get a full refund.

​

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal charge back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
